If you are a member you can access the sleeping, feeding and development links, which cover over 2,000 frequently-asked questions and 30 case studies. If you do not find the answer to your query here, we also suggest posting a message on the forums; our members have a wealth of experience on all aspects of parenting and provide lots of tips, suggestions and support. Please remember however, that any information given there is not meant to replace advice given by your health visitor or doctor. If you have any concerns about your baby it is essential that you seek one-to-one advice from your health visitor or doctor.

Membership Fee Policy |
There are many websites available to parents which do not charge a fee, and rely on sponsorship for income.
However, Contentedbaby.com is more than just a parenting chatroom, providing as it does - in addition to the baby and toddler forums - a monthly on-line magazine, over 2000 FAQs on sleeping, feeding and development, case studies and a massive database of information written by leading psychologists, health professionals and established writers. The provision of all of this information, as well as the maintenance of the website, is a costly business.
Our members have chosen the kind of childcare recommended in Gina Ford's Contented Little Baby series of books and we are very protective of their choice. We have therefore chosen to maintain a subscription-led website, to ensure that our forums remain a protected, safe environment for our members where they can communicate and share experiences with like-minded parents. This decision was reached after a great deal of research amongst CLB parents. |
