Makes 1 serving

  • 2oz cooked chicken - sliced or diced
  • 1 small orange - chopped
  • 6 grapes - chopped in half
  • 1 small apple - cored and diced
  • 4 tablespoonfuls of organic yogurt
  • 1oz orange juice
  • Small portion (approx 50 gr) of easy cook long grain rice
  • Handful of sultanas

Mix the chicken and all the other ingredients together. Add just enough orange juice to make a slightly runny consistency.

Cook rice and sultana’s together, serve on a plate and top with chicken and fruit mixture.
