Rosie aged seven months - early morning waking and poor lunch time nap

We have been following your routine since our baby Rosie little one was born. However, despite what we have done, she has never been able to nap or sleep as well as the routine suggested. She is now seven months old and is on three milk feeds and three meals a day and weighs 9.6 kg. She was weaned onto solids when she was five months old and we followed your weaning advice, too. She napped quite well during lunchtime initially when she was started on solids but it only lasted for 2 weeks before she started waking up early from her lunchtime nap (naps between 35 minutes to 1½ hours). She also wakes up very early every single morning between 4-6am. We didn't feed her at 10:30pm as we noticed early on when she was only a few weeks old that once she was woken at 10:30pm, she would wake up every 2-3 hours throughout the night. She slept for longer stretch during the night when we stopped waking her up at 10:30pm. We tried cutting down the morning nap to 30 minutes but it made no difference to her lunchtime nap. We have also tried moving her naps closer to 9:30 and 12:30 but it did not improve her early morning waking. She always seems overtired when we tried to push the naps later and ended up waking up after 35-45 minutes from the lunchtime nap. Previously, I have noted that she does not nap as well during lunchtime after swimming session or attending baby groups and we put it down to over tiredness, however, nowadays even without those activities, she is still waking up early from her nap. We are desperate for your advice.
