Audrey DunneFollowing her Cordon Bleu training, and five years cooking for some Royalty, Ambassadors, Politicians and other VIPs in London, Audrey returned to Ireland where she started up my own private Catering business. It is a big success, and her clients have included Mick Jagger, the Prime Minister, Bono and Ali, Edge and Morleigh, Ronnie Woods, the Corrs, Angelica Huston, Christy Turlington, Robbie Williams, R.E.M. and even Gordon Ramsey! However, despite all her experience in cooking, she knows, from experience with her own baby daughter, that cooking for a baby is hard work.
